Ingredients

  •  1/2 cup almonds,hemp seeds, coconut milk
  •  1/2 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup blackberries, fresh or frozen
  • 2-3 medjool dates

Directions

  1. Blend all the ingredients in order of the list, until the smoothie is smooth.
